Location was okay. Room was okay and the bed was okay. The staff seemed a little slow in their duties. I was annoyed to find that there was no restaurant to have breakfast in but spoilt with choice in nearby locations. Info in room mentioned the price of drinks in the fridge, but none were there!!!!!.

The room was super quiet. Has a luxury feel in a small space. The bed was super comfortable. Reception staff very helpful. Location is good, in the heart of CBD shopping, dining, and entertainment. Easy traveling by train and tram. Reasonable price for city centre.

Great value wonderfully run hotel in a brilliant location steps from Bourke St Mall and several tram stops. The rooms are comfortable, clean and for the price you can’t beat the location in Melbournes CBD. Nothing comes close. Staff are excellent, 24hr reception, efficient lifts and always quiet.

Location was perfect. Hopped on a tram up Collins St from Spencer Street, and the tram stopped right outside the hotel. Very convenient whichever direction you’re wanting to go. Comfy, all amenities and staff were lovely.

Location is unbeatable! I'm a light sleeper and despite been so central it was so quiet at night. Causeway 353 will be my go to stay in Melbourne.

Love the location of this hotel and is the main reason for staying here. Well priced and although the Hotel is a bit rough around the edges, we again enjoyed our stay.
